1. Revision Policy


Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments and we will revise their course with no extra charges, given that the course and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.

2. How to Claim Your Refund


Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following conditions: If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of registration and prior to the start date of the training program. If a training program is canceled by us and an alternative solution cannot be provided. If there is a significant issue with the training program that is not resolved within 7 days of reporting.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at int.Brace@gmail.com within the specified time frame. Include your registration details, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation.

Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as a credit to your account, depending on the circumstances.

Partial Refunds: In cases where the training program has started, or if you cancel after the allowed period, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of training completed and any associated costs incurred.

3. Cancellation Policy


Eligibility for Cancellations: You may cancel your enrollment under the following conditions: If cancellation is requested within 7 days of registration and before the training program begins. If the training program is rescheduled or canceled by us and the rescheduled date does not work for you.

Requesting a Cancellation: To cancel your enrollment, please contact our customer support team at int.Brace@gmail.com as soon as possible. Provide your registration details and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations requested after the specified time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% , which will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your training program, please contact us at least 5 days before the start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

4. Reactivation Policy


Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative fees or materials fees, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated at the time of registration and will be Reactivated only.

Conditions: Any special terms or conditions related to refunds and cancellations will be communicated at the time of registration or in specific program agreements.
